Living in Rhythm: A 5 Moonth Journey, Healing Ourselves through Connection to the Land
Do you crave a more intimate relationship with the rhythms of Nature? Do you desire deeper knowledge of yourself? Do you want to feel more comfortable, safe, and even at home in Nature? Do you long for a greater sense of trust in your ability to cultivate healthy relationships?
In this Journey we will get to know ourselves more intimately through connection to the land. We will meet for 5 moonths, as in 5 moon cycles. Each gathering will take place on or near the New Moon.
Each month we will:
- Journey with plant allies
- Practice Tantric Hatha Yoga
- Engage with nature connection practices including fox walking, shelter building, bow drill fire making, basic basket weaving techniques
- Spend time with Mother Earth- sitting quietly, observing, communing and hiking
Each session will be held on or near the New Moon, on a weekend, from 9am-1pm, with the exception of Moonth 4/July 11th which will be from 9am-3pm. Changes may occur to support the best interests of the group.
