I’m Abby, Lover of the Wild, Anji Energy Healing Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and Herbalist. I’ve been studying the healing arts and divination for 9 years, and have been an active practitioner, facilitating the journey for others, for the last 4 years.
I provide soul level support and nourishment for healers, teachers, caregivers and heart-centered innovators.
My holistic, nature-based, multidimensional work is guided by my relationship to Nature and Spirit, as well lived experiences, personal and community inquiry and practice, teachings I have received, and personal integration.
My clients are magical, big hearted, inspiring women and non-binary folks who seek support on their journeys to deepen their connection to Nature and Spirit, to remember their beauty, their gifts, their purpose, their wholeness, to nourish themselves and amplify their impact in the world.
I strive to create a safe space for my clients. To this end, I am trauma informed and actively doing my own ongoing work of decolonization. I aim to cultivate curiosity over judgement, seek the path of love instead of fear, and consider where integration is more appropriate than elimination.

My journey through life illustrates my dedication to continual growth, transformation and adventure through the literal and metaphorical wilderness. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, I spent a good portion of my youth outside exploring nature, chasing butterflies, riding bikes, building forts, pushing the boundaries of what was allowed. Always wondering, what lies beyond the edge of what is known, of what society deems is safe and appropriate for a woman? The field behind my neighborhood inspired endless adventures and taught me many lessons. I remember distinctly, sitting on one of the mounds of dirt, before the field became yet another housing development, longing for a mountain home. Envisioning myself creating classes for groups aimed at personal development and growth, spiritual relationship and connection to nature. Literally, my nine year old self dreamed of this and began brainstorming ideas that day.
However, the journey was not that straightforward. Adolescence and young adulthood presented many challenges, devastating experiences and trauma. Even in the darkest moments, my heart led the way. I knew if I was to become who I was meant to, I needed to move West.
Life and circumstance guided me to Northern California in my early twenties, seeking my mountain home. After 3 years in Humboldt, more lessons under my belt and a deep appreciation for the wild rekindled, I found my home in the Sierra. The mountains, rivers, lakes and all the life they contain, became my greatest companions and teachers. And still, something wasn’t quite right. Deeply enjoying nature during the day- snowboarding, swimming, hiking, climbing, fishing and then partying hard at night. Drinking away the deep sorrow and pain I felt. Never never land certainly had its charm. I longed for more, though. For what I couldn’t articulate at the time, a healthy way of relating to myself and nature. A sense of home. I continued searching.
I almost didn’t make it. I walked dangerously too close to the edge of no return for quite some time. Taking greater and greater risks via my lifestyle, partying hard, extreme sports and a general lack of filter for fulfilling my every egoic desire. My spark dimmed. My truth diminished. My heart kept beating, though.
It took stepping away from the toxicity that had me cornered and making the choice to live, to heal, and then finding the right guide who spoke the language I had so longed for someone to understand in order for me to peel away the layers of untruth, of conditioning, of disease and find myself again. When I did, I ended up going deeper than I ever could have imagined was possible. Moving from sickness to healing to transformation. I managed to erase the pathways that once had me caught in an endless loop of suffering. Like, I said, I wasn’t alone. I had guides, mentors, and, eventually, a community of friends that supported me, witnessed me along the way.
And now, many years later, the nine year old’s dream blooms. Grounded in my intuition, in the experiences of my life’s journey, I rise, rooted.
